Hi! I'm Alyssa Altman. I first started Alyssa's Home Bakery in 2020 at the age of 17 while attending Geneva High School. When I started, I only sold cinnamon rolls. Soon after, I was baking cookies, cakes, pies, and lots more while attending weekly farmer's markets.
In 2021, I started college at Northern Illinois University, majoring in Marketing and in organizations such as the Silverette Dance Team and Alpha Phi Sorority. so I put baking on hold for about two years. Then, a few months ago I slowly started to get my business back up and running again, where my niche was custom decorated sugar cookies.
I've now completed a full rebranding with a new name, "Alyssa's Cookie House", offering a monthly selection of gourmet cookies as well as custom decorated sugar cookies available for special occasions. Thank you for supporting my journey!
